BDO denies tweaking liability clause

LISTED BDO Unibank Inc. disputed allegations that it tweaked the liability clause in its terms and conditions, as claimed by netizens.

It said in a statement on Tuesday that the liability clause is a standard operating procedure in the banking industry and has been in use for a long time.
