Restoring power could take until Dec. 25

IT may take until Christmas day before authorities can fully restore power in some of the provinces of Mindanao that were hardest hit by typhoon Odette, reports said yesterday.

The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said it has set December 25 as target restoration for Surigao del Norte, including famous resort island Siargao, and Surigao del Sur.
