DTI pursues trade deal with UAE

DEPARTMENT of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ramon Lopez proposed stronger trade and investment ties with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as he joined the inaugural Global Business Forum (GBF) Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) hosted at Expo Dubai 2020.

The forum is a signature event of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aimed to provide a platform for dialogue among the UAE, Asean, and other global businesses and governments.
