ATOME Philippines has announced the appointment of EJ dela Vega as its new general manager to ramp up buy now, pay later services in the Philippines.

The new GM has over 10 years of experience in tech startups, payment and telco operations — with a track record in building teams and scaling businesses, marketing and payments, both locally and internationally. He served as vice president for payments and points at Smart Communications, Philippine country head for deliveries at Grab, and was a launcher and was formerly regional operations manager for Uber. He is a graduate of Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University.
