VICE presidential candidate and lawyer Carlos Serapio of the Katipunan ng Kamalayang Kayumanggi (KKK) vowed to push the country's shift from the current system of government to federalism once elected.

'Ayaw namin sumali sa labanan sa loob ng sistema, kasi to us (We do not want to engage in the fight inside the system because to us) the real political contest in our present political situation is between the in power administration and the out of power opposition or a political contest between the status quo and change',' Serapio said during The Manila Times TV's 'Diretsong Pananaw' hosted by lawyer Al Vitangcol.
