Sotto silent in NBL debut

FILIPINO basketball ace Kai Sotto had a silent showing in his first game in Australia's National Basketball League (NBL) 2021 to 2022 season at the Cairns Convention Center on Saturday.

Coming off a bout of knee soreness that sidelined him from the Adelaide 36er's first four games, Sotto played for almost 10 minutes, tallying one point, three rebounds, two assists, and two blocks during the 67-93 loss to the Cairns Taipans.
