Senate passes vape bill on final reading

THE Senate on Thursday approved on third and final reading Senate Bill (SB) 2239 or the proposed Vaporized Nicotine Products Regulation Act.

The bill aims to regulate the importation, manufacture, sale, packaging, distribution, use and consumption of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
