YOUTH workforce development project of the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAid), YouthWorks PH, inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Caloocan City local government unit (LGU) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to provide technical-vocational training to Caloocan City out-of-school youth as well as Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries.

Some 100 initial youth trainees will be recruited to join the program starting this month. Participants will also receive training subsidies to ensure that they will be sufficiently supported.
