THE government has postponed the second mass vaccination drive on December 15 to 17 in areas forecast to be in the path of tropical storm "Odette", Malacañang said on Tuesday.
Acting Palace spokesman Karlo Alexei Nograles said the vaccination program in Regions 5 to 12 and in the Caraga Administrative Region and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao will be moved to December 20 to 22.
