1 dead as training plane crashes in Pangasinan

THE captain of a two-seater fixed wing training plane died, and his student critically wounded, after they crashed into a fishing pond in Pangasinan on Wednesday morning.

According to the report from the Pangasinan Provincial Office, the crash occurred in Alaminos City at about 9:20 a.m.
