John Lloyd, Bea start slow with short film, 'One True Pair'

There is no doubt that of the country's most iconic love teams of modern times, John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo, is number one. Nearly 20 years since their first project together in the drama series 'Kay Tagal Kang Hinintay' (2002), their chemistry is as compelling as ever despite taking a break from their made in heaven characters.

The last time Cruz and Alonzo lit up the big screen was in 2015 with 'A Second Chance,' the sequel to their most iconic roles as Popoy and Basha in 2007's 'One More Chance.'
