The Philippines is open to China's "Two Countries, Twin Parks" cooperation program, a senior Trade department official said on Monday.

"We see a potential synergy," Board of Investments (BoI) managing head Ceferino Rodolfo said in a statement, particularly if the arrangement fosters intra- and inter-industry trade and outsourcing activities between Chinese and Philippine economic zones.
