THE tropical depression spotted outside the country has maintained its strength and is expected to enter the Philippines on Tuesday, the weather bureau said on Monday.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the weather disturbance, last tracked at 1, 760 kilometers east of Mindanao, continues to move westward at 10 kilometers per hour (kph).
