BALANGA CITY, Bataan: A School of Medicine will be built in Bataan to produce homegrown doctors as mandated by Republic Act (RA) 11509 sponsored by Sen. Emmanuel Joel Villanueva, who visited Balanga City Thursday.
RA 11509 or "Doktor para sa Bayan Act" was signed into law by President Rodrigo Duterte on December 23.
