The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) will be different this year.
Instead of a motorcade, a fluvial parade will be held to "showcase the beauty of the Pasig river," Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. said on Monday.
