Makati building to add office space in 2022

THE Makati Commerce Tower of BPEA Real Estate is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2022 and is set to contribute additional office space in Makati next year.

During its virtual topping off ceremony on Thursday, the company said the 36-storey building will add more than 58,000 square meters (sqm) of office space or more than a third of the approximately 146,000 sqm of new office supply in Makati next year.
