Palace to arriving travelers: Provide accurate information

MALACANANG reminded the public, especially authorized travelers arriving from abroad, that providing inaccurate or no travel and medical history information can be grounds for punishment under the Notifiable Diseases Act.

'Nakalagay po diyan iyong (It states) penalties for anyone who give false information especially during a public health emergency like this ongoing pandemic of COVID-19,' Cabinet Secretary and acting presidential spokesman Karlo Nograles said in an interview with CNN Philippines' 'The Source' last Wednesday.
