SENATE President Franklin Drilon pressed social media platforms to identify internet trolls in order to establish a balance between freedom of speech and the responsibility of using that freedom on the internet.
The senator stressed this on Thursday during the hearing on Senate Resolution 953 reviewing the country's existing criminal laws amid the rise of social media platforms and the rapid advancement of technology.
