THE Livestock Research Division of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (Pcaarrd) has continued helping the Bureau of Corrections (Bucor) with its alternative livelihood project for inmates.
It had started the technical and economic feasibility study of chicken meat and egg production at village-scale at the minimum security compound of the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) compound in Muntinlupa City.
