DI bomb maker yields in North Cotabato

A bomb expert of the terrorist group Daulah Islamiyah (DI) surrendered in Carmen, North Cotabato on Sunday, the military said on Tuesday.

Maj. Gen. Juvymax Uy, commander of the Joint Task Force Central and the 6th Infantry Division, confirmed the surrender of the said DI bomb maker who is one of the high-value targets of the military.
