Rosalyn Rosales, president of U-Freight PH Inc. and U-Ocean, Inc. signed the Service Contract at the ASD Conference Room Shipping Centre Building Intramuros, Manila on Nov. 18, 2021. The Notice to Proceed was issued on November 25.
