THE daily commute has changed ever since the advent of Covid-19. With people sticking to physical distancing protocols, biking to and from work and home has become a popular mode of transportation. However, not everyone could afford buying a bike. To help alleviate this, Quezon City (QC) Fourth District Councilor Hero Bautista has deployed the Hero Bicycle program, which donates bikes to different frontliner offices.

The most recent donation was to the health service department of Camp Caringal, the headquarters of the QC police department. A total of five mountain bikes were personally donated by Bautista along with Fatima Osmeña.
