NATIONAL Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Karl Chua said NEDA is pushing for the enactment of a pandemic flexibility to help the Philippines prepare for future health emergencies.
"We have the NDRRMC law which is for natural disasters. That is able to help and if we have a similar bill for the pandemic then it will help us prepare for future health emergencies," Chua said at the Brewing at AIM forum held late Wednesday.
