CA gives nod to Bulay

THE Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday confirmed the appointment of Rey Echevarria Bulay as Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner.

Bulay's confirmation was sought by Sen. Cynthia Villar. His tenure will end on Feb. 2, 2027.
