THE second leg of the Chinese embassy's community pantry program found its way to Malabon City where several boxes of essential medical supplies such as face masks, personal protective equipment (PPE), disinfectants and other materials were donated to the San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021. The much-needed resources for medical frontliners and patients aided in replenishing the hospital's supply in response to combating the Covid-19 virus and ensuring high-quality maternal health.

Representing the Chinese embassy, Wu Chenqi said he hoped the donated supplies would significantly help the noble cause of the hospital and the medical workers who had gone beyond the call of duty by not only saving lives, but also delivering new ones.
