The national government's gross borrowings fell to P145 billion in October, bringing the year-to-date total to P2.74 trillion, according to data from the Bureau of Treasury (BTr).
Actual gross financing in the first 10 months of 2021 was P145.78 billion, up from P663.21 billion a year earlier.
