Allow Maria Ressa to receive Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo

DEPUTY Speaker and Cagayan de Oro City Rep. Rufus Rodriguez has stated Friday Rappler Chief Executive Officer Maria Ressa should be permitted to go to Oslo, Norway, to accept the renowned Nobel Peace Prize.

'I am appealing to President (Rodrigo) Duterte to reverse the stand of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) opposing Ms. Ressa's request to personally receive the Nobel Peace Prize on December 10,' he said.
