ILOCOS Norte-based Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) will be pioneered as a net-zero energy campus based on a feasibility study by the Department of Energy (DoE).
Daniel Tapaoan Jr., MMSU information officer, said the study showed that the university's vast tract of land could be used for the establishment of net-zero energy buildings (NZEBs).
