SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: The resumption of face-to-face classes at The Manila Times College of Subic (TMTCS) showed that Subic is "back on its course," pointing to strengthening its recovery as the Covid-19 pandemic eases, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman and Administrator Wilma Eisma said on Tuesday.

Eisma, together with TMTCS's top officials, led the inspection of the school's facilities and the placing of the safety seal, an indication that the higher education institution is compliant with the health protocols set by the government amid the pandemic.
