PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Vice President Maria Leonor "Leni" Robredo vowed to help the country's micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) adapt to the new normal by providing them conditional loans, access to credit, integration into public procurement programs and building the right infrastructure.
