Probe on Obiena made due to coach Petrov's letter, says Patafa

RESPONDING to the claim of Filipino Olympian EJ Obiena that the probe by the Philippine Track and Field Association (Patafa) was an act of 'character assasination,' Patafa countered that the investigation was due to an alleged letter from the pole vaulter's coach, Vitaly Petrov, claiming he had not been compensated.
