THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), through the Office of Civil Defense (OCD), wrapped up this year's series of online nationwide simultaneous earthquake drills with its fourth quarter quake drill on November 11 with support from the Department of Science and Technology (DoST).
