Fruitas Holdings cancels acquisition

LISTED Fruitas Holdings Inc. on Friday said it is terminating discussions on its plans to acquire the private medical and diagnostic clinic, Surehealth Multi-Specialty & Diagnostic Clinic Corp.

In a filing to the exchange, the food and beverage kiosk operator said its management saw concerns that the acquisition could become a 'distraction from pursuing opportunities in its core food and beverage retail business.'
