SEN. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson on Thursday vowed to waive his rights under the Bank Secrecy Law on Day 1 of his presidency, if he wins the 2022 elections.

He will also institute a geo-tagging system in the first 100 days of his term to put a stop to "ghost projects" and other forms of corruption that hounded the country's infrastructure programs.
