FSL volunteers push for sign language insets in news broadcasts

The Filipino Sign Language Access Team for Covid-19 (FSLACT4Covid19), a group of deaf and hearing volunteers, has campaigned for the inclusion of FSL insets on daily news broadcasts of national television networks during the continued pandemic.

The alliance has one goal in mind – to guarantee that the Filipino deaf can access the important updates on the virus, as well as the health protocols and announcements from the different government agencies.
