IMMIGRATION Commissioner Jaime Morente said on Wednesday that the Philippines remains closed to foreign tourists except those allowed under categories set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) despite the easing of Covid-19 restrictions in the National Capital Region and some provinces across the country.
