NCR shift to Alert Level 1 seen by December

THE Department of Health (DoH) believes that the National Capital Region (NCR) or Metro Manila could downshift to a more lenient Alert Level 1 by December as long as the drop in the number of Covid-19 cases is sustained.

The daily case average in Metro Manila plateaued last week, with 435 cases reported, slightly higher than the 404 reported the week before.
