GOVERNORS and mayors warned that lawmakers who will defund the Barangay Development Program (BDP) and who will run for public office next year can expect zero votes.
At the weekly virtual press briefing of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-Elcac) two governors, a mayor and a former rebel leader pledged "zero vote" for any lawmaker who will move to slash the budget of the task force.
