Yamazato at Hotel Okura offers Japanese menu for New Year

TO usher in 2022, Yamazato at Hotel Okura Manila will be offering a traditional Japanese New Year menu called Osechi, a tiered box filled with seasonal produce, primarily sourced from Japan.

The Osechi set menu will feature auspicious ingredients such as black beans and sweet chestnut balls, which symbolize good health and wealth, as well as scroll-shaped sweet omelet and kombu kelp roll for learning and happiness.
