BAGUIO CITY: The Benguet Electric Cooperative (Beneco) recently filed a complaint against an official of the National Electrification Administration (NEA) and a former assistant secretary of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) for alleged theft, malicious mischief, grave coercion, carnapping and other appropriate charges in relation to the forcible takeover of its main headquarters.
Also included in the complaint are several John Does and Jane Does.
