Ayala 9-mo profit up 70%

Ayala Corp. posted a double-digit growth in its nine-month net income as its core businesses exhibited improvements during the period.

In a filing to the exchange on Friday, the diversified conglomerate said its profit gained 70 percent to P19.4 billion in January to September.
