PBA allows 2 more Fil-Ams per team

THERE was a time when the Alaska Aces were forced to relegate rookie Taylor Browne to the reserve list just to comply with the five Fil-Ams per team rule in the PBA. Other teams were even forced to trade some of these Fil-foreign players in exchange for a homegrown player.

But for the 2022 season, the PBA has increased its limit to seven Fil-foreigners per team.
