Concepcion eyes lower Alert Level in December

PRESIDENTIAL Adviser for Entrepreneurship Jose Maria 'Joey' Concepcion 3rd said the National Capital Region (NCR) could shift to Alert Level 1 by December as Covid-19 cases continue to decline.
