TRADE Secretary Ramon Lopez is confident that the higher end of the government's 4 to 5 percent growth target this year will be attained.

'Year-to-date, 4.9 percent na ang growth ng ating ekonomiya. It is very likely that we will hit the 5 percent for 2021.
