DepEd: No swab test for students

THE Department of Education (DepEd) will not require learners who will participate in the conduct of limited face-to-face classes to get tested for Covid-19.

Education Assistant Secretary for Field Operation Malcolm Garma said the issue was discussed with Department of Health (DoH) officials, and the department was advised that teachers and school administrators should instead watch out for symptoms of Covid-19.
