There is no arguing — Christmas in the Philippines will not be complete without the iconic songs of Jose Mari Chan. In fact, these carols start playing as soon as calendars change to September 1. But beyond the "Christmas in Our Hearts," "A Perfect Christmas" and other hits, how does the so-called "Father of Philippine Christmas Music" really see the season?
