Romero to step down as Pilipinas Shell president

PILIPINAS Shell Petroleum Corp. on Tuesday announced that Cesar Romero will step down as the company's top executive by end-November.

In a disclosure on Tuesday, the listed oil company said Romero will step down as its executive director, president and chief executive officer, and chairman of the nomination committee effective November 30.
