PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte is having a hard time finding an honest and competent official who would be appointed the country's chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
In a virtual press briefing, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said that Duterte has yet to pick the successor of outgoing PNP chief Guillermo Eleazar, who is set to retire from the service on November 13.
