Wearing of face shield no longer mandatory in Manila

Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso on Monday declared that the wearing of face shields is no longer mandatory except in hospitals, clinics and other medical facilities.

Domagoso signed Executive No. 42 based on the recent decision of the Inter-Agency Task Force for Managing Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) downgrading the alert level status in the National Capital Region to Level 2.
