Lea Salonga to be commemorated on stamp, postcard series

Theater star Lea Salonga announced on her Instagram page (@msleasalonga) on Monday that she will be commemorated on a stamp and on postcards to be issued by the Philippine Postal Corp.

'Yup, this is for real! I've been chosen to be commemorated on a stamp and postcards to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the first postage stamp in the Philippines! And I am in wonderful company! Huzzah!' Salonga wrote.
